Saj P - The Phantom Guru

  1. When someone utters the words internet marketing gurus or internet gurus for short, what comes to mind. I know; Jim Edwards, Alex Goad, Ken Envoy, Michael Cheney, Roseling Gardner, Perry Marshal, and many more. A name that would most probably not come up is Saj P.

Saj P is an Englishman who started his internet marketing career as an ebay entrepreneur. He soon realized that the internet has many of the same investment possibilities as the physical commodities markets, the investment markets, and the real estate markets. One of these possibilities was to buy an investment instrument at a low price, then either wait for time to do its duty in raising the value of the investment, or to jump in and properly optimize and monetize the investment, and then sell it at a high price.

In taking this career path, Saj P made millions of dollars flipping websites, and until recently, did so behind closed doors. Not long ago, however, after giving a seminar to a few friends and other interested people on his ebay site flipping strategy, Saj P realized the wonders of sharing. His attendees went on to copy his successes and also build up online empires following exactly the strategy he showed them.

Saj soon partnered up with more well-known internet marketing guru named Alex Goad to create the Four-Tier Annihilation Method - A series of DVD’s that teaches you how to find cheap (or even basically free items) and sell them on Ebay. But then you can go a step from there and find heavily priced items and sell those for a reasonable cut; even enough money to live off of, in only days of sales… 4-Tier Annihilation covers digital items like ebooks, software and whole websites.

Together with Alex Goad he also created Affiliate Payload - A series of DVD’s  and a core e-book that is focused on CPA offers whic, in a lot of ways, can be easier to earn from than a lot of other more traditional affiliate offers. This is the case since in a lot of cases you can get paid for merely generating a lead regardless of whether they buy or not. There’s no need to sell or pre-sell anything, making your life as an affilitate a lot easier. There are quite a few different types of CPA offers available that you can earn commission from which are clearly explained in Affiliate Payload.

Could Your Domain Be Worth A Small Fortune?

Have you ever wondered how much your domain is worth?  There are a number of companies on the web who offer valuation services for domain names.   Alternernatively, for a vague valuation you can simply Google “value my site” and you’ll find a few site s where you simply type in your url and the software does some link popularity checks, Alexa checks and returns you a value … it’s actually quite good fun.

One such site is SwiftAppraisal.com,  they use free automated software that checks for certain features, such as the presence of hyphens, total length, or an estimation of the market size. Other sites charge between $10 to $35 for a personal appraisal, which may be more nuanced. The problem with this approach is that every sale of a domain name is completely unique, and ultimately the value of a domain name is worth whatever a buyer will pay for it.

In general, it is worthwhile to look at sales figures for other domains in the same category, but even a cursory glance will reveal that final prices vary widely even for similar names.

However, a general guideline does exist. The most valuable domain names are the .coms, followed by .net, .org and .biz. Single word websites sell for the most money, though not all single words will have the same high value. Concatenated phrases are slightly less valuable than single words, and hyphens decrease the value further. Short words and phrases are preferable.

Not all words have the same commercial potential, and most domain names have no resale value at all. For example, Trucks.com might sell for more than a million dollars; GMCTrucks.com could sell for tens of thousands; Your GMCTrucks.com would be lucky to sell for a few hundred dollars, if at all; and YourSiteForGMCTrucks.com is commercially worthless. So before anticipating massive profit from the sale of your domain name, think about whether the domain name is unique and irreplaceable, like Sex.com (which sold for $12 million) or just a long concatenated phrase with dozens of variations that anyone registering a website could come up with. Also, replacing letters with number, “4″ for “for”, or using common misspellings lowers the domain name value.

However, long phrases are not always worth less than single words if they are frequent web search terms with commercial value: for instance, FreePhoneService.com is worth more than Grammer.com. Commercial potential is a subjective value, and often not considered enough by domain name appraisers, who may not know the size of the industry covered by the name.

One sure indicator that you have a valuable domain or website is unsolicited offers to buy it. Clearly, if customers are so eager that they make offers without the domain even being listed for sale, it has great commercial potential.

Also, content and links add value to niche-market domain names, and if a site is producing income, it can be sold as an internet turnkey business. This is similar to commercial real estate, where a business with clientele and inventory will sell for much more than an empty storefront. Not only will this increase the value, this method will provide you with income while waiting for a buyer. In addition, the more popular your site is, and the more visitors you have, the more chance a potential buyer will see it.

If you’re interested in buying and selling web sites to make money, a lot of money, you need to take a look at Site Rush.  Site Rush shows you how to buy sites cheaply and sell them for considerable profits, without expending too much time and energy … go take a look now …

The Site Rush Review|Bonus: How To Create Wealth From Scraps With Internet Website Flipping

How To Create Wealth From Scraps With Internet Website Flipping

Website flipping is becoming a popular money making practice. To perform website flipping you need to go about acquiring domain names that are unused, or currently taken to upgrade and resell for profit. Many people use a system to purchase these sites that can be used by anyone.
When someone begins website flipping, it is usually difficult for them. You need to make sure that you know what you are doing 100%, or you could lose a considerable amount of cash. It is a good idea to start small, and work your way up to something big. You always need to identify what you want to buy first, whether it is a content site, a hosting site, or even a forum based website. Identification of what you want to purchase is very important.
With so many methods and things to consider when performing a website flip, it can get challenging to know what to do. Depending on the route you want to take, there are different methods for it. You can purchase a website that is in need of some fixing up, then sell it for a higher price. You can also purchase a website that relates to your other websites, and keep it to maximize your own profits for your company or website enterprise.

Adding value to the website you wish to flip can be easily accomplished with many free applications. Improving the existing features, fixing up bits of code, removing outdated features or upgrading them along with improving the aesthetic appeal of the website are essential to the flipping of the website. Your investment will gain in value and will be more appealing to potential buyers.
Being able to determine the value of a website before purchase is a great skill to learn and hone. Expanding on your negotiation skills will be of great assistance when you plan on making a purchase on a website you identify as a great prospect. If you are discourteous or not aggressive enough, you may end up paying too much for the website.
Another major bit of advice is to always have your plan for profit in place. You can write down your plan, store it in a document, or just keep it in your immediate thoughts. A detailed plan makes website flipping easier, faster, and more likely to return maximum profits to you.
Closing Comments
It is easy to take a website that is old and slightly obsolete and create a valuable new website and turn a profit. A simple investment can turn into a large return when you make the right decisions in website flipping.

Site Rush Domains Review|Bonus - Investments That Reap Benefits (Part 2)

Domains - Investments That Reap Benefits (Part 2)

I absolutely love domaining, and do it with love and passion for 10-12 hours a day. Every week, I review and search through tens of thousands of generic keyword domain names from expired lists, drop services, auctions, and forums, and register hundreds. Quite often, I end up with great lists of names I simply can’t use.

Obviously, you know what they are looking for based on the keyword they are typing: Cell Phones and cell phone information. And listen up bucko, those visitors will type in CellPhones.com day in and day out, whether you advertise the site or not, just so long as you pay the $10/year registration fee.
site rush review
- If you have a crappy page, they still come.
- If you insult them with pop-ups and banners, they still come.
- If you have poor navigation, they still come.
- If your prices are sky-high, they still come.
- If your selection is limited, they still come. … all because of your domain! I’m not suggesting you do any of those things, I’m just sayin’)

I know it sounds amazing people would type in a keyword string and add a dot com, but they do. In fact, it’s estimated that 50% of all Internet traffic is type-in, also known as direct navigation. And when you take out the obvious destinations people type-in like Yahoo, Google, and MSN, the number is still almost 20%. I didn’t believe it myself, but worked with a search engine client a few years back and discovered two very interesting facts about online users that if you understand, will make you money:

1) 31% of all searches are done in the address bar. 2) 28% of all address lookups are done in the search bar. The fact is, we domainers make our bread and butter because nobody ever really learned how to use the Internet, it’s all been through trial and error. That probably explained why "yahoo.com" was our number one searched term;)

So what’s CellPhones.com worth anyway? About 125,000 hot responsive visitors a month! And what are they worth, pray tell? Well, if you park the page and get paid on click revenue, it might be worth $15,000 - $30,000 a month… just based on type-in traffic. If you were offsetting the cost of advertising for an affiliate promotion, a click for a term like "cell phones" might go for buck or so, so you’d come out ahead by over six figures per month.

And if you own a store that actually sells cell phones? Well lordy lord, you just hit the holy grail because CellPhones.com may be able to generate $2 - $3 million dollars per year in increased sales, especially because of the massive credibility the domain gives you. All of which make CellPhones.com a seven figure domain. The bottom line is that domains are more than simply a place to stick your site or a name you can resell for a profit. Investment-grade keyword domains are the very basis for an e commerce powerhouse that can pay you dividends and provide income until you sell the site.

Site Rush Review|Bonus: Domains - Investments That Reap Benefits (Part 1)

Domains - Investments That Reap Benefits (Part 1)

I absolutely love domaining, and do it with love and passion for 10 - 12 hours a day. Every week, I review and search through tens of thousands of generic keyword domain names from expired lists, drop services, auctions, and forums, and register hundreds. Quite often, I end up with great lists of names I simply can’t use.

Domain investing has never been a great favorite not even amongst the most experienced marketers. There are various theories to just what domain investing is, but basically they all point at a need for casual traffic which therefore generates a poor return.

The general consensus of opinion nowadays is that a domain name is not important and that NoggyDog.net is just as good as Banks.Com, with the understanding that the content on each site is identical. Now I too used to believe this but I can assure you now that I was completely mistaken. I will reveal the awesome value of domain investments with a couple of questions for you. Which domain name would you consider to be most valuable but strictly on a valuation basis? … Google.com or Books.com?

I expect most of you have answered Google.com as it does stand out just a bit, but incredibly it is not the correct answer and this is why. Google is as we know just the brand of a search engine and it is not very often used as a keyword. The important thing that comes out of this is that when you own a domain name, you have total power over your keyboard.

The domain name Google.com is one of the short names that sound cool and easy to remember and I too have several similar type domain names. They only receive minimum traffic as they are not proper words that people would use to find something and the same would have applied to Google. This type of domain name investment could cost millions of dollars in branding costs, otherwise it would only earn a couple of bucks a year through click revenue and at auction would only sell for about 2000 dollars.
The site Rush ImageThe Site Rush Image
Now try and just think what you could do with a domain name like Books.com and just how much casual traffic you would get. The is commonly known as type-in traffic or direct navigation. If I were to base this on established type-in click-through metrics for the domain industry plus my own personal experience, I would expect a domain name like Books.com would normally receive up to 5000 type-in visitors a day, which is an incredible 125,000 monthly hits. (All revealed in part 2).

Site Rush Review|Bonus: Sell Your Site And Get Fast Money

Flipping: Sell Your Site And Get Fast Money

The concept of flipping applies, not only in the Internet world, but in other industries as well. Taken from the term ‘flippers’ which is used to refer to traders in the stock market who buy and sell only during a short period just to make fast money, flipping is now gaining popularity as a way to make fast money online. Here are some of the things you need to know so you can make fast money out of flipping.
The site rush review
The concept of flipping websites is a broad one. You have many options how to go about it. Aside from just selling your blog or your website, you can also buy a website to keep it or simply to sell it again. Venturing into blog or site flipping is a bit risky. It requires a high level of investment at the beginning. Still, all of the blog flipping options are geared towards making you some fast money.

Let’s look closely at the first option. Selling websites may not be a typical option for many webmasters, even with the prospect of making fast money. After creating a website, taking care of it, and making it grow, it is expected that website owners somehow become attached to the site. However, if the website is doing really well, the prospect of selling it becomes even brighter. You may want to keep your site, but consider the perks of selling as well. Remember that the better your site is doing, the greater its value. You can earn a lot from selling your site, and it is also guaranteed to be fast money. Besides, selling gives you a chance to start a new project. So if you think selling your website is an option for you, here’s how to go about it. First, you have to determine how much money you are making with your site. Even if the customer will be the one who will ultimately decide how much the site is worth to him, having a ballpark figure to work with will make sure you get your site’s worth. Once you have an estimated price, compile information about your site to pass on to the buyer. This should include traffic statistics, revenues generated by the site, the site’s history, the reason why you’re selling it, and the benefits the site has given you as its owner that you are now passing on to the buyer. Those are the things that count, so make sure that you should check your site’s performance first before selling. See if you can still improve it before you sell so you can increase the amount you get from it. After all, you’re not just looking for fast money; the amount also matters, of course.

Now, let’s look at the other side of the picture. If you can sell your site, you can also buy sites. In buying sites, you have two options. You can buy a website with the sole intention of selling it at a higher value, and you can also buy a website to improve and keep it. With the former, there is no need to begin from scratch. You only need to improve the website a bit and try to increase its value so you can sell it as a much higher price than when you bought it. The trick is to look for sites that show some potential but is not maintained well. The owners of these sites are most likely to sell, and you will also get a small price for it. On the contrary, if you choose to buy a site and intend to keep it, you need to look for a site that’s performing fairly. Also, it has to complement any existing site or online business you may have. People buy sites and keep them for many reasons, one of which is for the purpose of advertising and widening their reach for an already existing business.

There may be plenty of ways to make money online, but there are only a select few that can make you some fast money. If you are a website owner, keep in mind that selling your site is always an option.
